Carolina Sparker, who sleeps, eats and breathes desserts and sweets, is the owner and head pastry chef behind The Baking Cup. She’s inspired by chefs all over the world, as well as interior designers and photographers. She loves to bake delicious cakes, mini desserts, cookies, cupcakes, French macarons, brownies, and mini pies with a flaky buttery crust. Her clients are her number one priority and loves seeing a big smile when they taste The Baking Cup’s sweets!
The Baking Cup is currently out of the Summerlin Farmers Market on Wednesdays from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The Farmers Market is located in the Bruce Trent Park at 1600 North Rampart Boulevard (Rampart & Vegas), Las Vegas, NV 89128. We also take orders throughout the Las Vegas area for delivery or pick up!
