Weekly Farmers Market Menu & Recap {February 25 & February 28}

We’re super excited to share our menu for this week!! Last week went well and sold out at each market, plus we had the pleasure to chat with each one of you as well as the opportunity to say hi to our amazing regulars :)

This week we are at Las Vegas Farmers Market on Wednesday (Bruce Trent Park 1600 North Rampart Boulevard in Summerlin) and at fresh52 farmers market on Saturday at Tivoli Village 9am – 2 pm. Can’t wait to tell you what we have, so without a further ado here it is:

Introducing our melt-in-your-mouth scones! These are raspberry cream cheese made with organic dairy, real raspberries, and sprinkled with raw organic sugar. They’re soft, flaky, a little crunchy on the outside and aren’t dry at all. They’re pretty much addicting and perfect to enjoy with the spring weather!

Speaking of spring, we have our butterfly and tulip vanilla bean sugar cookies! They’re buttery, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. They’re made with real vanilla beans and organic dairy. Kids and adults’ favorite for sure :)

This week’s cake lollipops include a new flavor: Brownie! Now you can get a little bite of our popular brownies in cake lollipop form. They’re not too sweet either! We also have the popular vanilla bean, chocolate, and red velvet cake.

And our smookies last week were a hit, so they’re back! A chocolate chunk cookie filled with nutella & marshmallows. Our s’mores version in cookie form is amazing :) Also made from scratch with organic dairy.

Farmers Market Menu & Recap {February 18 & February 21}

The past three weeks have been super busy thanks to all the orders we’ve received via our online shop as well as local orders here in Las Vegas. We now ship our cake lollipops anywhere to the continental United States :) We want to thank you for the amazing support especially at the farmers market where we’ve been selling out every time!

This week’s menu includes a few new items and also regular ones by popular demand. We’re today, Wednesday, at Bruce Trent Park (1600 N. Rampart Blvd – Rampart & Vegas) 2-6pm, and at fresh52 Farmers Market at Tivoli Village on Saturday, 9am – 2pm!

Introducing the “smookie.” A chocolate chunk cookie filled with nutella & marshmallows. Our s’mores version in cookie form is amazing! And this is what they look like on the inside before baking them!

Also new, our sprinkles cookies. Hybrid of our vanilla bean sugar cookie and our birthday cake confetti cookie.

Cake lollipops this week are vanilla bean, chocolate, and red velvet cake!

Bringing back the cake jars this week also. We have chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting and red velvet cake with cream cheese. Our peanut butter frosting tastes like the inside of a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup :)

And lastly, our famous vegan chocolate chunk cookies and regular chocolate chunk cookies! Last Saturday people were buying them by the bulk and sold out in two and a half hours! So stop by and get yours this week before we sell out!

Valentine’s Day & Weekly Farmers Market Menu {February 11 & February 14}

It’s that time of year when we work on pretty pink desserts and heart shaped edible everything :) We LOVE this time of year for sure and hope to help you with your Valentine’s Day gifts!

Here’s one of our many Valentine’s desserts you can order from us. We’re accepting orders until tomorrow Thursday but let us know as soon as you can so we can have it ready and packaged for you. Our Valentine’s decorated cake can be done in any flavor! This one is our scrumptious red velvet with our tangy, not too sweet cream cheese frosting.

Heart shaped French Macarons with vanilla bean filling! Cassandra, one of our cute customers contacted us and ordered a dozen last week and picked it up at Tivoli Village Farmers Market for an early (or everyday like she said) Valentine’s day order for her boyfriend :)

Sweetie pies made with our buttery and flaky crust filled with nutella and real cut up strawberries. A very popular these days for sure!!

Cake jars this week are red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting, and chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting. Our peanut butter frosting tastes just like the inside of a Reese’s peanut butter cup…  A must try for sure … mmm!

This week we’ve been super busy with our online shop! Dozens and dozens of dozen cake lollipops are still going out the door to lucky recipients everywhere in the U.S.! Valentine’s Day Orders, & Farmers Market Menu {February 4 & February 7}

Valentine’s day is only a week and a half away and we have everything to help you surprise your valentine, friends, and/or kids on heart day!

We’re currently accepting orders for our heart shaped French macarons, sweetie pies (nutella strawberry or salted caramel apple oat crumble), cake lollipops (any flavor), heart shaped brownies, our popular cake in a jar (red velvet is super popular), and Valentine’s decorated layer cake.

This week we’ll be at Bruce Trent Park (1600 N. Rampart Blvd – Vegas & Rampart) 2-6 pm in Summerlin today Wednesday, and at Tivoli Village on Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm.

We had a blast last week getting to know more new lovely customers and also got to chat with tons of regulars. We cannot thank YOU enough for your loyalty and hope to see you there this week!

We’re also excited about this week’s menu!

For the month of February, we”ll be offering our sweetie pies! Our buttery and flaky crust filled with nutella and real strawberries or salted caramel apple oat crumble. Perfect for a Valentine’s day gift, too!

Valentine’s red velvet layer cake with cream cheese frosting by the slice. Our decadent and popular red velvet cake with layers of our tangy and not too sweet cream cheese frosting, decorated with ombre buttercream ruffles with a fondant heart on top! Also available for pre-order!

Vegan and regular chocolate chip cookies. Our vegan cookies are made with raw organic sugar and they have no milk, eggs, or butter. They’re crunchy on the edges, soft and chewy on the inside. We always sell out so it’s a must try for sure!

Heart Shaped Decorated Brownies. Our triple chocolate brownies are made from scratch and with dark chocolate. They’re the perfect balance of chocolate and sweet!
