Farmers Market Weekly Menu, Easter Desserts, & Cake Lollipops! {March 25 & March 28}

It’s Wednesday and we’re going to be at Las Vegas Farmers Market today located at 1600 N. Rampart (Rampart & Vegas) from 4 pm to 8 pm!

A big THANK YOU goes out to our customers from this past week! We sold out at fresh52 farmers market at Tivoli Village around 1:30 pm. We had the opportunity to chat with our (regulars) awesome customers and were able to meet new customers as well :)

We are now accepting orders for Easter!

We have Easter decorated vanilla bean sugar cookies, carrot cake with cinnamon cream cheese, triple coconut cake with cream cheese frosting, lemon cake, strawberry cake, carrot cake lollipops, coconut cake lollipops, lemon cake lollipops, strawberry cake lollipops, French macarons in pastel colors, and brownies decorated with Easter colors! This week’s menu includes:

Cake lollipops. We have new amazing flavors to die for!

S’mores: chocolate cake with graham cracker crumbs, a mini marshmallow in the middle, dipped in chocolate and sprinkled with graham cracker crumbs.

Strawberry: vanilla bean strawberry cake made with real strawberries dipped in white chocolate with Easter sprinkles.

Oreo: chocolate cake with oreo cookie chunks and oreo frosting, dipped in white chocolate and sprinkled with oreo crumbs.

And we also have vanilla bean, red velvet, and regular chocolate :)

Our mouth watering triple chocolate brownies by popular demand are back! Decorated in Easter colors, these brownies are the perfect texture and balance of chocolate and sweetness. Promise they’re not too sweet!

We have our vegan chocolate chunk cookies. They’re super popular among vegans and non-vegans and sell out pretty fast!

And we couldn’t forget our regular chocolate chunks! Soft and chewy, with a little crunchy on the outside… the perfect dessert after any meal :)

Weekly Menu & Recap {March 21}

Happy Wednesday! We’re going to be at fresh52 farmers market at Tivoli 9 am – 2 pm in Summerlin this upcoming Saturday, March 21st! Hope to see you there!!

Sadly we won’t be at Bruce Trent Park for Las Vegas Farmers Market today Wednesday but will be back next week on March 25th :)

And happy belated St. Patrick’s Day! Hope you had a great and festive day :)

We had this order of our vanilla bean cookies all decorated in Irish colors!

We’re for sure bringing vegan chocolate chunk cookies, our newest vegan flavor which is chocolate peanut butter swirl cookie, smookies (s’mores chocolate chunk cookies with marshmallows and nutella), regular chocolate chunk cookies, cake lollipops, brownies and more!

Weekly Menu, New Vegan Cookie, & Spring-Summer Schedule! {March 11}

March is going fast! Cannot believe St. Patrick’s Day is almost here and March Madness is in full swing!

As every Wednesday, we’re at Bruce Trent Park for Las Vegas Farmers Market 2 pm – 8 pm in Summerlin (1600 N. Rampart Blvd – Rampart & Vegas). Next Wednesday the time changes to 4 pm – 8 pm but will be there today starting at 2 pm to make sure our customers know about the new hours.

Sadly we won’t be at fresh 52 farmers market at Tivoli this Saturday but will be back on March 21st :)

This week’s menu is AWESOME and includes:

Lemon strawberry swirl bundt cake. Made with the juice and zest of 4+ lemons is a total spring favorite! It basically melts in your mouth and the tanginess of the strawberry swirl complements the lemon glaze on top. The swirl is made from scratch from real strawberries as well.

We couldn’t forget about our triple chocolate brownies!!

We listened and we delivered!! Our vegan chocolate chunk cookies are so popular that we’ve been hard at work developing other flavors. The most popular cookie flavor our customers would ask for? Chocolate Peanut Butter.

So here we present you with our chocolate peanut butter vegan cookie made with cocoa, raw organic sugar, valrhona chocolate chunks, and no fillings peanut butter (only roasted peanuts as the ingredient). It tastes like an oreo cookie with peanut butter swirls. They’re to die for and are like a normal cookie and not a “vegan” cookie. You must stop by and try one for sure!

Our smookies are back! Chocolate chunk s’mores cookies filled with nutella and marshmallows. It’s as good as it sounds :)

Farmers Market Menu, Time Change, and Recap! {March 4 & March 7}

It’s Wednesday! And we are at Bruce Trent Park today for Las Vegas Farmers Market 2 pm – 6 pm in Summerlin (1600 N. Rampart Blvd – Rampart & Vegas). Next Wednesday the time changes to 4 pm – 8 pm but will be there starting at 2 pm to make sure our customers know about the new hours.

We’re also at fresh52 farmers market at Tivoli Village this upcoming Saturday, 9 am – 2 pm, and hope to see you there! It’s supposed to be a beautiful day and can’t wait to enjoy it outside chatting with each one of you :)

For this week’s menu we have:

Cake lollipops! Vanilla bean, chocolate, red velvet, and brownie cake. They’re not too sweet and are the perfect dessert size for portion control, and are very popular with the kids!

Our cake jars this week are to die for! We have a new flavor which is cream cheese mousse with berries (blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries) and vanilla bean cake. We call it strawberry shortcake’s cousin, haha. Here’s a video we posted on instagram to show how we make it. And we also have nutella vanilla bean cake with sprinkles!

We couldn’t forget about our smookies! They’re becoming quite the popular item and we’re really happy to have them again this week. A smookie is our signature chocolate chunk cookie filled with nutella and marshmallows baked to perfection. A s’mores cookie essentially :)

Last week we sold out at both markets really early. Cannot thank you enough for your continued support. Some of you were even tipping us without even buying anything because we’ve sold out at that point. It was our best week yet and are looking forward to a busy and prosperous spring!

Last Saturday we had the pleasure to be a part of Friendship Day at St. Jude’s Ranch. It was a great event for the kids filled with music, face painting, games, pizza, and cookies! We donated the popular vanilla bean sugar cookies and our friend and event organizer, Patty, told us they were a hit! Here are a few photos from the event.
