Lemon Tarts are back, Farmers Market Menu & Weekly Recap {May 27 & May 30}

Hope you had a nice Memorial Day weekend. To help you make the work week go faster (especially after a holiday weekend) we’re going to be at Las Vegas Farmers Market at Bruce Trent Park from 4:00 to 8:00 pm. Hope to see you there today :D

We’re also at fresh52 farmers market at Tivoli Village this upcoming Saturday, May 30 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm!

This week’s menu includes:

Our famous Lemon Tarts made with a shortbread crust, lemon cream cheese filling, and lemon curd. All made from scratch! They were so popular when we brought them to the markets a few weeks back that people have been asking for them since.

Chocolate Chunk Cookies made with Valrhona chocolate are one of our best sellers so if you want us to save you one just let us know on Instagram or Facebook and we’ll set it aside for you.

We were part of a surprise marriage proposal over the weekend and here are a few shots of the desserts we created. Can’t wait to share the professional photos with you! Definitely one of the coolest events we’ve done.

One of our lovely customers requested a sampler box this week. She was super flexible and let us include a few mini desserts from this week’s menu. It was a gift for one of her friends who just became a new mom.

Weekly Farmers Market Menu & Recap! {May 20}

This past week flew by! We were at the farmers market, had lots of orders and an 80th birthday cake and desserts to deliver.

Now it’s Wednesday and we’re at Las Vegas Farmers Market located at Bruce Trent Park (1600 N. Rampart Blvd. – Rampart & Vegas) from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sadly we won’t be at fresh52 farmers market at Tivoli Village on Saturday, May 23rd. But we hope you make to today’s market and say hi!

We’re super excited about this week’s menu and here it is:

Sweetie Pies: Triple berry (real diced up strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries) and Apple salted caramel oat crumble. Both in our made from scratch, buttery and flaky pie crust and sprinkled with raw organic cane sugar.

Cake by the slice: two layers of vanilla bean cake with a layer of chocolate cake in between. We have two different fillings, Oreo frosting, and Biscof cookie butter!

We had the opportunity to work with the newly open Tide Dry Cleaners of off Sahara Avenue in Summerlin. We provided these fun vanilla bean sugar cookies decorated in Tide colors for their ribbon cutting ceremony.

One of our customer ordered our pre-designed salted caramel chocolate ganache cake to surprise her husband on his birthday!

This flavor is super popular and it has three layers of chocolate cake, chocolate ganache filling and salted caramel in between each layer, salted caramel frosting on the outside, with more salted caramel and chocolate sprinkles on top. All made from scratch including the salted caramel.

Pink ombre is super popular and we got to do this adorable ruffle cake for an event planner in town! Her name is Lilian and she’s the owner of GOH Time Events. You should check it out if you have an event/party/wedding coming up – she’s awesome.
This was chocolate cake with nutella frosting on the inside.

Vegan Chocolate Chunk Cookies. This cookie is popular among vegans and non-vegans. We use raw organic sugar, Valrhona dark chocolate (no milk) and top it off with some sea salt for some sweet and salty action. They’re milk, nuts, eggs, and butter free.

We couldn’t forget about our French Macarons and have assorted flavors this week for you to enjoy!

By popular demand we have our sweetie pies with our flaky and buttery pie crust filled with real diced up strawberries! The perfect pie to enjoy with this amazing spring weather.

We had a few cakes for Mother’s Day and pink rosettes were definitely very popular! This 8 inch cake was the perfect addition to our customer’s Mother’s Day brunch.

Mother’s Day Desserts & Farmers Market Weekly Menu {May 6 & May 9}

We had an amazing week last week! Thank you so much for welcoming us back with such an amazing support :)

Mother’s Day is Sunday and even though mother’s day is every day it’s nice to celebrate them even more! Our rosette cake is perfect for Mother’s Day Brunch or dinner! It comes in 4″, 6″ and 8″ and it’s available in any of our flavors.

These pretty “Love You Mom” macarons is the cutest and most delicious way to treat Mom on her special day! They come in chocolate ganache or vanilla bean flavors. These are available for pre-order only but will have regular vanilla bean and chocolate ganache macarons at the farmers market this week!
