Weekly Menu & Recap! {June 24 & June 27}

Last week was a crazy amazing one! We had lots of custom orders and sold out at the farmers market. It went by fast and we of course want to thank you so much for the continued support.

Come see us at Bruce Trent Park today Wednesday from 4 to 8 pm – 1600 N. Rampart Blvd, and Saturday for fresh52 farmers market at Tivoli Village 9 am to 2 pm.

A few shots of last week’s happenings. We shipped lots of desserts for Father’s Day.

One of our Father’s Day cake we had for pick up. This one had two layers of vanilla bean cake, one of chocolate cake, oreo filling, and cookie butter filling. We finished it with our signature smooth buttercream, sprinkles, and fondant topper.

Surprise Birthday gift box from a client to his girlfriend! He said “make something decadent… Chocolate chocolate chocolate!” So we included nutella cake & oreo cake jars, brownie, chocolate and red velvet cake lollipops. Heaven for a chocolate lover for sure.

Father’s Day, Farmers Market Menu, & Weekly Recap {June 17 & June 20}

We have 6, 8 and 10 inch blue ombre cakes in the flavor of your choice from our menu. Brownies in the shape of a tie, glasses, and bow tie decorated with royal icing, cake lollipops, and much more! Also for another corporate event these vanilla bean sugar cookies. Some of them were gluten-free and made with coconut sugar. The client requested a low glycemic index sweetener so we used coconut sugar.

Let us know if you have any special requests for food allergies or other health issues. We can definitely work with you on getting the right dessert!

Father’s Day Desserts and Farmers Market Menu {June 10 & June 13}

This week we have our Father’s Day dessert options so you don’t have to worry about what to do or what to bring to your Father’s Day celebrations. We can take care of everything for you and you just have to celebrate the special dad in your life :)  Make sure to order by emailing us at carolina@thebakingcup.com or by phone 702-763-4499. Apple Salted Caramel Sweetie Pies, Weekly Farmers Market Menu, & Recap! {June 3}

Happy Wednesday!!

We have a delicious menu for Las Vegas Farmers Market today at Bruce Trent Park (1600 N Rampart Blvd) 4 to 8 pm! Last week we sold out around 6 o’clock so make sure you get there a little earlier or let us know on Instagram or Facebook to save some desserts aside for you :)

Lemon Tarts sold out pretty fast so we have them again this week.

Our cake lollipops make for great gifts! Also part of the teachers’ gift for the same kindergarten graduation this past week. Here’s the customer’s feedback:

“They raved about those treats as expected. Admin asst. loved that you were organic which her family tries to be most of the time. So hopefully that’s a future baking cup lifetimer and the kids all expressed their love for the brownies. Who knew that 6 year olds had such refined taste. Thanks so much for everything.“
