Weekly Menu: Vanilla Bean Sugar Cookies, Brownies, & More {July 29}

Happy Wednesday! This past week flew by and we’re ready for today’s farmers market. We are at Las Vegas Farmers Market from 4 to 8 pm at Bruce Trent Park (1600 N. Rampart Blvd – Rampart & Vegas). We sold out last week and want to thank you for helping us make it happen :) Let us know if you’d like us to save you some desserts aside today.

This week’s menu includes:

Heart shaped vanilla bean sugar cookies. They are soft, buttery, and have a little crunch around the edges, decorated with our signature royal icing.

Triple chocolate brownies are back by popular demand!

Vegan chocolate chunk cookies keep getting more popular so we have them today.

Weekly Menu: French Macarons, Smookies, Cookies & Recap! {July 21st}

We are going to be at Las Vegas Farmers Market today Wednesday with a delicious menu! The market is located at Bruce Trent Park (1600 N. Rampart Blvd – Rampart & Vegas) from 4 to 8 pm. Hope you stop by and say hi. It’s a lot fun and they have a great selection of vendors.

This week’s menu includes:

French Macarons: Nutella, Vanilla Bean, Chocolate Ganache, and Salted Caramel. We use organic eggs, separate the egg whites from the yolks by hand, and make them in small batches.

Smookies: our take on s’mores in cookie form. Chocolate chunk cookie with nutella and marshmallows. It’s as good as it looks :)

These past couple of weeks we’ve been working on custom orders and here are few pics!

Our red velvet cake and all of our cakes have three layers of cake and two layers of filling in between. Red velvet is always popular but these past weeks has been on high demand.

Our s’mores cupcakes are one of our best sellers.

This is what it looks like on the inside. Graham cracker crust, chocolate cake, chocolate ganache, marshmallow frosting, graham cracker crumbs, roasted marshmallow, and chocolate ganache drizzle. Mmmm!!!

Special orders of chocolate chunk cookies have been going out the door. They are definitely our best seller item on the menu. Here we individually wrapped them for freshness. Just mention it and we’d be happy to do it.

S’mores bar for a special order! Graham cracker crust, chocolate cake, layer of chocolate ganache, roasted marshmallows, graham cracker crumbs and chocolate ganache drizzle. We make them in every size to accommodate your party needs.

Weekly Menu: Macarons, Brownies, Cookies! {July 15}

It’s been a crazy couple of weeks and want to take a moment to thank you for the continued support! We’ve been selling out at record times at the farmers market and that makes us super happy :) We can’t wait to share photos of what we’ve been up to and a little behind the scenes. But it’s Wednesday and it’s time to tell you what we have this week!

We’re today Wednesday at Las Vegas Farmers Market out at Bruce Trent Park (1600 N. Rampart Blvd – Rampart and Vegas) from 4 pm to 8 pm and hope to see you there!! They have really good food, we have delicious desserts, great veggies stands… it’s just a good time outdoors at the park.

Farmers Market Menu & Recap! {July 8}

Hope you had a great time over the holiday weekend. We got to spend it with family and friends and watched some really good fireworks!

This week’s menu has a lot of selection and can’t wait for you to enjoy at Las Vegas Farmers Market – Bruce Trent Park – 1600 N. Rampart Blvd from 4 to 8 pm. We’re there today Wednesday so make sure to stop by and say hi!

Custom baby shower cake lollipops for a boy. The mom-to-be was surprised by one of her best friends who flew in from California.

Custom birthday macarons for a birthday girl turning 24 that loves pink and gold. Her mom called us from Northern Nevada with her request and we made it happen. She wanted to surprise her daughter who lives here in Las Vegas on her birthday.

Fourth of July & Farmers Market Menu! {July 1}

It’s almost the weekend and it’s a short week if you’re not working on Friday. So you should come out and join us to start the 4th of July festivities today Wednesday at Las Vegas Farmers Market. We’ll be at Bruce Trent Park – 1600 North Rampart Blvd (Rampart & Vegas) from 4 to 8 pm :)
