The Baking Cup Thanksgiving & Farmers Market Menu {November 19}

We’ve got a great menu for this week!!

But first, let’s talk about our delicious pumpkin pie made from scratch: buttery flaky crust filled with a creamy pumpkin pie spice filling, drizzled with salted caramel! We’re taking orders through Tuesday, November 25th for Thanksgiving day.

You can pick it up at the farmers market next Wednesday so you only have to cook the big dinner and enjoy this amazing holiday with family and friends! We can also deliver the pie{s} to your home or work. Email carolina@thebakingcup.com with your requests!

And for the holidays, we’re already taking orders for our Holiday Gift Boxes. They’re cute and the perfect gift for coworkers, managers, employees, teachers, neighbors, friends & family! We offer 3 different kinds but we can mix and match to accommodate your needs!

Our scrumptious chocolate peanut butter cake: decadent chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting, topped with chocolate sprinkles!

Salted Caramel Pumpkin Pie made from scratch. Buttery flaky crust filled with a creamy pumpkin pie spice filling, drizzled with salted caramel!

French Macarons: chocolate, apple cider, and the popular vanilla bean :)

And our popular signature chocolate chunk cookies!

The Baking Cup Farmers Market Menu & Holiday Gift Boxes {November 12}

Happy Wednesday! Hope you’re having a great week and are all set to enjoy this week’s menu.

As every week, we’ll be at Bruce Trent Park for Las Vegas Farmers Market located in Summerlin, 1600 N. Rampart Blvd, from 2 to 6 pm today Wednesday, November 12th.

This week’s menu include:

Our delightful tiramisu cake in a mason jar: organic lady fingers dunked in espresso, topped with our organic sweet mascarpone cream, decorated with semi-sweet chocolate shavings. It’s truly an amazing dessert to indulge because it has the perfect balance of sweetness!

By popular demand, we’re bringing our chocolate chunk cookies back!

Birthday cake confetti cake pops – vanilla cake with sprinkles covered in white or dark chocolate topped with sprinkles!

French macarons flavors include chocolate sprinkles and apple cider.

We’re already taking orders for our holiday gift baskets and pumpkin pies. They’re a great gift for neighbors, teachers, office friends, employees, managers, real estate agents, friends, and family :)  We make it all pretty for you so you don’t have to wrap any gifts and can enjoy the holiday season with the loved ones. The Baking Cup Weekly Menu – Las Vegas Farmers Market {November 5th}

We’re excited for this week’s farmers market! We’ll be at Bruce Trent Park, 1600 N. Rampart Blvd, from 2 to 8 pm today Wednesday, November 5th.

This week’s menu include:

Our scrumptious red velvet cake pops. They’re popular and a customer favorite!

Mini pumpkin pies to enjoy with this amazing weather! They’re made from scratch with a buttery and flaky crust. The filling has real pumpkin, organic cinnamon and pumpkin spice. They’re the perfect size, too!

French macarons have been very popular so we’re bringing the following flavors: strawberry, chocolate ganache, and vanilla bean. Both the cookies and the fillings are made from scratch with no shortcuts!

And we have some cupcakes for the cupcake lovers! This week’s flavor is “Tres Leches” … Vanilla cake drizzled with the popular tres leches mixture (sweet condensed milk, evaporated milk and heavy cream), topped with a fluffy meringue frosting and dusted with organic cinnamon. To die for! It’s light and airy and not too sweet!

We’re also introducing our cakes in a jar! The choice of your flavor from our menu crafted in an 8oz mason jar. Perfect for gifts during the holiday season! These are perfect for teachers, co-workers, friends, family, and pretty much everyone. They’re easy to transport too, which is a plus!

For the holiday season we’re offering the following gift basket options. We’re hoping to take some pictures of them but you can get the idea since we have tons of pictures here on our website of what our desserts look like! These are perfect for corporate gifts, teachers, friends, neighbors, and so on :)

Halloween Cookies and More at Las Vegas Farmers Market {October 29}

Happy Halloween week! It’s almost time to dress up, trick or treat, and celebrate everything spooky!

We’re celebrating with our cute vanilla bean Halloween cookies. We’ll have them at the Farmers Market in Summerlin, Bruce Trent Park – 1600 North Rampart – 4-8 pm this Wednesday, October 29.

Our chocolate chocolate cookies are back! They’re made with two different types of chocolate, are a little crunchy on the edges and soft, chewy, gooey in the middle.

Last week we sold out of everything, including our cake pops! We’re bringing more this week and the flavors are: vanilla sprinkles, chocolate oreo, and red velvet :)

Our French Macarons have been very popular, too! This week’s flavors are: strawberry balsamic, apple cider, chocolate ganache, strawberry chocolate, and vanilla bean!

We’ve been so busy that we haven’t had the time to take pictures with a real camera so here are a few we snapped with the phone ;)

A few cakes from this weekend! Both cakes were ordered by husbands that wanted to surprise their wives on their birthdays! How sweet is that!?!

This is a red velvet chocolate cake. The birthday girl is lactose intolerant so we customized it to her needs and didn’t include cream cheese frosting, and went with a smooth dark chocolate instead!

Here’s the second cake. This time the husband requested our popular chocolate chocolate cookie in cake form. Three layers of decadent chocolate cake filled with chocolate ganache and our own chocolate chocolate cookie crumbles with dark chocolate frosting on the outside and a big cookie on top!

The Baking Cup’s Farmers Market Menu {October 22} & Weekly Recap

Last week’s farmers market went great :) We sold out, again! We sound like a broken record, but our customers are the BEST! To say how appreciative we are for each of one of you is an understatement — Thank you for your support!

If you live in Las Vegas, you should definitely stop by the farmers market in Summerlin – Bruce Trent Park (1600 North Rampart Boulevard) on Wednesday, 4-8 pm. Would love to say hi!!

For this week’s menu, and popular demand, we’re bringing back our delicious red velvet cupcakes. We’ll also have our signature chocolate chunk cookies, a favorite item for sure!

This week we’re introducing our apple cider cupcake! Fluffy vanilla cake filled with apple cider jam, cream cheese frosting, topped with cinnamon sugar. Fall season in cupcake form :)

And lastly, we have French Macarons! Last week’s cookies n cream macarons were so popular, that people kept coming back to our booth for more!! This week’s flavors are: chocolate ganache, strawberry balsamic, vanilla bean ganache, and peanut butter and jelly!

Here’s Kazumi celebrating her birthday with an assorted box of our French Macarons and cake pops! Her best friend surprised her!! She lives out of state and contacted us, so we happily delivered! Happy Birthday Kazumi! We’re so happy we got to be part of your special day :)

We had another surprise delivery this past weekend! We surprised our customer by delivering these amazing assortment: triple chocolate brownies, chocolate peanut butter cupcake, and three of our signature chocolate chunk cookies! We were contacted by his friend, who lives out of state, and happily made it happen!
